From a personal networking plan, LinkedIn strategies, and mock interview preparation, you will be on your way to building self-confidence and set realistic goals for success. We will be readily available to review and discuss outreach emails, cover letters, wardrobe decisions for interviews and how to create a list of references as well as how to approach and respond to salary discussions and offer letters.

3. Career Preparation

You’ve done it and landed the job, but our work isn’t over. We want to make sure that you are well-prepared for your first day. We will provide on-boarding preparation by discussing company culture, the importance of first impressions and identifying an inside mentor.

Kim is a seasoned professional with twenty years of experience conducting executive searches for diverse multinational organizations including Nike, Bain & Company, Lululemon, The Gap Foundation, Michael Jackson Enterprises, Bank of America, and Levi Strauss.  

Prior to founding LaunchedIn, Kim formed Belvedere Search Solutions, her first entrepreneurial venture serving both executive recruiting firms and corporations seeking new talent in a variety of industries. Kim began her career working for three preeminent, global executive search firms: Boyden International, Heidrick & Struggles, and Spencer Stuart.  She has an impressive track record of managing and executing over 200+ assignments during her twenty-year executive search career.  Kim’s recruiting specialties have included: chief human resource officers, chief financial officers, marketing, communications, operations, lawyers, investment bankers, and finance professionals.

Prior to executive search, Kim worked at the House of Representatives Conference in Washington, D.C. She is a resident of Tiburon, California, and previously served as President of the Tiburon Library’s Bookmarks Foundation and Co-Founder of the annual town event, Blackie’s Hay Day. Most recently, Kim served on the Parent Advisory Board at Marin Catholic High School where her three children attended.

Kim Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
